Flights on oneworld airlines

Earn and redeem Multiplus points when you fly with oneworld alliance airlines. All you have to do is provide your LATAM Fidelidade number when you make your reservation or present it at Check-in.

*Starting January 1, 2017, you'll only be able to earn Multiplus Points with Austrian Airlines for South American, European and Asian routes.

Shenzhen Airlines

*Starting October 31, 2016, the agreement between LATAM Airlines Brasil and Shenzhen frequent flyer programs will come to an end. Shenzhen flights taken after this date (inclusive) will not earn points in the LATAM Fidelidade program.

*Other modifications that will come into effect on October 31, 2016:

  • You have 1 year to request backdated points, starting the day of your flight and when you flew through 10/31/2016.
  • The last day to redeem Shenzhen flight points is 10/31/2016. We will respect tickets issued with points before this date to fly after.
  • Starting 10/31/2016, we won’t allow changes, rescheduling or substitutions on tickets issued with Shenzhen flight points.
  • Point refunds will continue to be valid according to current rules.
  • If Shenzhen flights are canceled or involuntary changes are made, the operating airline company will be responsible for relocating LATAM Fidelidade customers that have tickets issued with points.

Keep in mind:

  • Starting April 27, 2016, you’ll earn points for the length of your flight in miles multiplied by the fare, just like with our international flights.
