How can I obtain a preferred seat?
You can request this service at any time via our Contact Center and LATAM Sales offices. You can also request it at the airport up to 48 hours before your flight departs, and at the latest 1 hour before departure.
What happens if I don’t wish to pay for a Preferred Seat?
Depending on the fare conditions of your ticket, you will be able to choose a standard seat at no extra cost or we will select a seat for you at random.
When and how can I request a refund?
If for reasons relating to flight operations, safety or service we are not able to give you the seat that you selected, then we will offer you an alternative seat. If you do not agree, we will give you a different seat and you can ask for a refund by calling our Contact Center. You will be repaid via the same payment method you used.
