Flying with LATAM Airlines

If you’re a LATAM Fidelidade member, you can also learn how to earn Multiplus points.

How to calculate your LATAM Pass KMS for flights purchased on LATAM Airlines starting April 22, 2017:

It's now much easier to calculate your LATAM Pass KMS because each member category will have a unique multiplier for earning. You'll always use the same multiplier wherever you travel. All you'll have to do is use this amount, multiply it by each dollar you spent on your airline ticket and you'll get the LATAM Pass KMS you have earned. This way we can reward you when you spend more. In addition, the higher your member category, the higher your multiplier.

*This amount does not include fees, taxes or payments for extra services.

The additional bonus you receive for belonging to an Elite member category is included in this multiplier, making it easier for you to calculate the LATAM Pass KMS that you have earned.

Bear in mind that:

  • To calculate the LATAM Pass KMS you've earned with flights marketed by LATAM Airlines, we only consider the ticket price. Boarding fees, taxes or any additional expenses such as excess baggage, FORWARD+ or SPACE+ seats, tour packages and travel insurance are not considered for this new condition.
  • For tickets purchased in a currency other than the dollar, the exchange rate we will use is the IATA Exchange Rate, which is updated every day from Monday to Friday. The exchange rate of reference is available online.
  • The maximum amount of kilometers you can earn is 200,000 LATAM Pass KMS per fare (100,000 LATAM Pass KMS per segment).
  • Remember to enter your LATAM Pass member number when making your purchase. That way, your LATAM Pass KMS will be added to your account within a maximum of 7 days after the flight. If you still don't see the kms in your account, you can request them here.
  • This information applies to members of the program residing in Europe, except in Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and France.
