  • Your ticket must be an electronic ticket.
  • You must complete your online Check-in between 48 and 2 hours prior to the departure of your flight.

Are You a LATAM Pass Black or Black Signature Member?

We have preferential seats for you on domestic and international flights operated and commercialized by LAN. When you check-in on LAN.com, you will be recognized as a Black or Black Signature member, and you will be able to select the seats in the first rows of the aircraft in the Economy cabin and in the emergency exit rows, marked as preferential seats (subject to availability).

Find out what options are available for you to do your check-in in advance and select your preferred one. For international flights it is available from 72 hours up to 2 hours before flight departure. If it is a domestic flight within Brazil, you can do it between 72 hours and 45 minutes before the flight is scheduled for take-off.

Automatic

  1. This is the quickest option for Check-in.
  2. Enter your reservation code and surname.
  3. On the next page, click on the Automatic Check-in button and fill in the requested information.
  4. You will receive your boarding pass by email or by SMS message within the 72 hours prior to your flight.

Warning:

  • This service is only available for domestic flights within Brazil.
  • You may only cancel it after receiving confirmation of the check-in.
  • If you buy your ticket from one of our Sales Offices, ask the travel assistant to do your Check-in.
  • If you had not indicated any seat preference, the travel assistant will randomly assign you one.
  • It can not be requested for minors traveling unaccompanied or for passenger who are traveling with infants, accompanied by animals or have requested a wheel chair.

Internet

  1. Enter your reservation code and surname.

Warning:

  • For flights within Brazil you can cancel the check-in up to one hour before the flight departure. For international flights, up to two hours before the flight is scheduled for take-off.
  • If you are traveling to the United States you can print your boarding pass from 24 hours before your flight departure.
  • It is not available for flights of LATAM Airlines Brazil or LATAM Airlines Paraguay when the first leg of the trip is flown with any of our airline partners.
  • The service is not available for passengers traveling with infants or pets.

  1. Go to the website m.tam.com.br and select the option Cellphone Check-in.
  2. Enter your reservation code and your LATAM Fidelidade membership number to accumulate points.
  3. Select or change your preferred seat and choose whether to receive your boarding pass by email or by SMS message.
  4. At the airport, check through your baggage for the hold of the aircraft at our counter and then go to the boarding gate with an official identity document with photo and the electronic card.

All airports in Brazil for domestic flights operated by LATAM Airlines Brazil (JJ) and on international flights that depart from the United States, Paris, Frankfurt, Lima, London, Madrid, Milan, Montevideo, Santiago de Chile and Sao Paulo International Airport (GRU), except those with destination in the United States.

Warning:

  • If you have problems with your cellphone (if it ran out of battery, broke or you lost it), you must go to the Check-in counter at the airport and present an official document with a photo to reprint your boarding pass.
  • Check-in by cellphone can be done between 72 hours and 45 minutes before departure time for domestic flights in Brazil and between 72 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled take-off time for international flights.
  • You must arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure time for domestic flights within Brazil and 60 minutes prior to international flights.
  • In order to cancel the check-in by cellphone you must access our website and click on CHECK-IN. You can cancel up to 45 minutes before the flight departure time.
  • For trips with connecting flights, boarding passes cannot be issued for any of the legs.

  1. The LATAM Airlines Brazil and LATAM Airlines Paraguay totems are installed next to our counters.
  2. Find your reservation with any of the following details: reservation code, ticket number, LATAM Fidelidade membership number, CPF [Brazilian Tax ID], passport or the name and surname of the reservation.
  3. Select your seat and print out your boarding pass.
  4. If you have baggage, have it registered at our counter and then go to the boarding gate with an official identity document with photo and your boarding pass.
