Flexibility for your canceled tickets

Passengers traveling using tickets issued with LATAM Pass Miles and that have been affected by flight cancellations or rescheduling, are subject to the same conditions as tickets issued with commercial rates, depending on the following considerations:

  • The involuntary refund of the award ticket entails the refund of all the unused (miles) on the redeemed ticket, with no refund charges applied. This applies to unused and partially used tickets.

  •  If the (miles) are expired, they will be returned as well, and the expiration date will be extended for 1 more year from the date of the affected flight.
