Service charge

LATAM charges a service fee at the sales offices where customers receive personalized service. If you’d like to return your fare, this charge is non-refundable. This includes LATAM Offices and Contact Centers, where a service fee applies on all tickets issued and on voluntary changes, which varies according to the following table:

*In Brazil, the service fee for domestic routes is less than 40 BRL, and you will be charged at least 40.00 BRL For LATAM Pass/Fidelidade awards , the service fee is 60.00 BRL.

The change fee applies to indirect ticket sales that are re-issued on direct channels. It also applies to direct ticket sales that are re-issued on direct channels in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.

Prices in local currency, are indicative of variations in the exchange rate.

The electronic service companies applied service charge of $ 6,500 for domestic route from Chile, $ 12 for domestic routes in Peru and Argentina, $ 15 for routes within South America and $ 20 for the Rest of the World.
