Under the below circumstances, alterations to your ticket cannot be made through our website due to operational reasons. Please contact our Call Center, one of our ticket offices or the issuing agency for:
- Tickets purchased with Multiplus points;
- Tickets purchased through the below forms of payments:
- Bank payment slip;
- Direct debit on account;
- Lottery House /Caixa Econômica Federal;
- UATP card
Also, please note that the airfare rate is only guaranteed with the confirmation of the ticket rebooking.
