We are very close to take-off. Soon LAN will become LATAM. This change will be incremental; as of May 5th you will be seeing our new brand on a new website, on the App, across all of our communications and progressively on our airplanes and in airports.

If you will be traveling you can rest assured, because you will have all of the support you need for your trip.

Below we outline the main changes you can expect to see as of May 5.

You will be able to find everything you need for your trip on our new website www.latam.com.

We are redesigning our home page and improving the sections so that you can find information quicker and easier.
What's more, we will be providing a mobile experience so that you can access our services from anywhere.

With our new LATAM mobile application you will be able to view you flight status, check-in, review your boarding pass and everything relating to your benefits as a frequent flyer passenger - including your new membership card.

What's more, you will also receive notifications, such as for example, when you are able to begin your check-in for your next flight.

The LATAM brand will appear in 13 airports in 2016, and the change will gradually take effect in the rest of airports up until 2018.

The first ones to see the change on May 5 will be the following: Bogota, Brasilia, Ezeiza in Buenos Aires, Guayaquil, Lima, Madrid, Miami, John F. Kennedy in New York, Quito, Galeao in Rio de Janeiro, Santiago, and Congonhas and Guarulos in Sao Paulo.

Also on a gradual basis, our aircraft will begin to don the colors and our new identity.

As of May 5th, the first commercial LATAM flights will begin to operate, which will offer a renewed onboard experience - for example, our new entertainment system.

Our new frequent flyer program LATAM Pass effectively began on April 1, offering new categories and benefits.
Find out what benefits you can access when you fly with LAN, TAM, airlines of the Oneworld Alliance and shortly with LATAM.

Carry out your check-in as normal, because the new brand will not cause any changes to your ticket nor for your check-in.
See you soon!
