How can you use your LATAM Pass KMS
With your LATAM Pass KMS, you can redeem tickets to fly with us or oneworld alliance airlines. These tickets are confirmed and allow you to:

- Request an Upgrade with coupons if you are an Elite member.
Fees for redeeming tickets
If you redeem your ticket on our website, no service charges are applied. Associated charges are applied when you redeem your tickets at our Contact Center or sales offices, or for date changes or refunds.
To change or return a ticket redeemed with LATAM Pass KMS, you need to make a request at the Contact Center or at one of our sales offices.
