Starting now, the Premium Economy LATAM Airlines flights you have taken since January 1, 2015 allow you to qualify for your next Elite LATAM Pass ategory with the rule combine kilometers + segments in upper class.

 

Segments in upper class now consider your flights in Premium Economy

Starting now, your Premium Economy class flights sold and operated by LATAM Airlines, taken since January 1, 2015, can be combined with other upper class segments and allow you to qualify for your next Elite LATAM Pass category.

This means that you can qualify by combining kilometers + segments in upper class in the Premium Business and/or Premium Economy cabin. Review the following table to see how much you need to become a Platinum, Black or Black Signature member:

All your flights flown on  Premium Economy as of January 1, 2015 will be considered upper class.  

When you qualify, remember that:

  • LATAM Pass KMS. and segments you obtained in a maximum of 1 calendar year and flown on LATAM Airlines or oneworld airlines will be considered.
  • Flights in upper class are those sold by LATAM Airlines, in the Premium Business cabin and Premium Economy (from January 1, 2015) and medium or long-haul flights whose distance traveled is longer than 1,000 miles (1,600 kms).
