How can I purchase a preferred seat?
You can request this service at any time via our Contact Center and LATAM Sales offices. You can also request it at the airport up to 48 hours before your flight departs, and at the latest 1 hour before departure.
What happens if I don’t wish to pay for a Preferred Seat?
Depending on the fare conditions of your ticket, you will be able to choose a standard seat at no extra cost or we will select a seat for you at random.
When and how can I request a refund?
If we are unable to give you the seat you purchased, we will proceed to give you your money back via the same payment method you used. If you have not heard from us in 10 working days, please call our Contact Center.
