LATAM Airlines Group informs that due to a snowstorm affecting the city of New York, flights to and from the International Airport at this destination (JFK) will be cancelled.

The Company is making contact with the affected passengers and is currently monitoring the evolution of the weather conditions in order to provide further information within the next few hours regarding the updated status of operations.

It is requested that those passengers travelling to or from the city of New York (JFK) today and tomorrow, monitor the status of your flight at the flight status section available at the website, where the most recent information is available.

Changes and refund

Passengers affected by these [cancellations / reschedulings / incidents] may opt, without a charge, for one of the following options for their trip:

Flight or date changes

  • Move the trip forward up to 7 days from the date of the original flight
  • Postpone the trip up to 15 days from the date of the original flight

Destination changes

  • Choose another destination, without charge, by paying the fare difference, if applicable.

Ticket refunds

  • Request a refund, without fine, independently of the fare's regulations.
