A ticket refund can be requested at any time after issue, within the validity period. Tickets purchased in Brazil or in other countries are valid for one year from date of purchase as long as they remain unused. Partially used tickets will be valid according to fare rules.

Refunds for tickets that have already been paid for

In order to apply for a refund for tickets purchased on TAM International Websites or through direct channels in Europe, you must send an e-mail to refunds@tam.com.br with the following details.

  • Full name
  • Ticket number to be refunded
