If your bag didn’t arrive at the destination, it is important to follow these steps:

  1. Get in contact with TAM staff right away, before exiting the arrivals area.
  2. Open your claim by showing your document, boarding pass and bag tag.
  3. Verify the status of your bag search, by typing your name and the claim number that it was handed to you at the time your claim was open.
Please remember that your claim will only be valid if is done before exiting the arrivals área.
