What are the available routes on the shuttle service?
LATAM offers its passengers a shuttle service on the following routes: New Jersey – JFK Airport. JFK Airport – New Jersey.
Where can I reserve my shuttle?
To reserve your shuttle you have the option to: call our call center directly (866) 435-9526 – Contact your favorite travel agency.
What are the requirements for this free service?
The only requirements are: you must have a ticketed seat on LATAM Airlines to fly to/from Ecuador or Peru. Reserve your shuttle within the required time depending on the route.
Terms and conditions
With how much time in advance should I be at the pick-up site?
Passengers should be present at pick-up sites at least 30 minutes before the departure time. Note: If you are not there on time, LATAM Airlines is not responsible for any personal transportation costs and/or penalties associated with a missed flight (No-Show)
What documents should I have with me to board the shuttle?
As a security measure all passengers are required to show ID in the form of their passport in order to board the shuttle. We recommend that in addition to this, you print out your reservation confirmation and the online check-in receipt for your flights.
Can unaccompanied minors travel on the shuttle?
No, the unaccompanied minor service is not available on the shuttle. Reservations for children under 12 years of age will not be accepted without the company of an adult. Can I take my pet on the shuttle? No animals are allowed on the shuttle, even those that travel in the cargo hold of the aircraft. The only exceptions are service animals for those special needs passengers, with proper identification and prior notice.
Can I take a guest with me?
Unfortunately due to limited capacity, and security, no guests are allowed on the shuttle if they do not have a connecting LATAM Airlines flight to Lima or Guayaquil.
If there is traffic on the way to JFK, will the flight wait?
In the case of any delays related to the bus, LATAM Airlines will be responsible for the protection of its passengers.
