Chief purser Scarlet Boussellet has traveled the world while working at LATAM and discovered local flavors of all the places she visited. From Spanish tapas to Peruvian ceviche, her culinary sensitivity helped in her everyday life with flight attendants after the arrival of the new LATAM menu for Economy Class on flights longer than seven hours. What was it like to work at LATAM in 2018:
My achievements started back in 2017, with the project FRED. It was a redesign of the onboard service that marked the beginning of the changes in customer service procedures. These changes make the flight experience unforgettable.
The best of LATAM:
In December, we started flying to Tel Aviv. We’re excited to explore this fascinating place, a new hit of the airline.
