The Mexican dish that has won over the world has ancestral origins



The history of guacamole dates back to the Aztec civilization


Its name comes from ‘ahuacamolli,’ a combination of the words ‘ahuacatl’ (avocado) and ‘molli’ (sauce), in Nahuatl


To mash the fruit, you use a traditional Mexican molcajete (a kind of mortar)
