We invited two Latin American photographers to register images of this Argentine city. Check out the results of this collaboration
A lovely city, located in the southernmost part of the American continent. Registering Ushuaia seemed like a simple task for experienced photographers Marta Tucci (Argentine) and Pablo Valenzuela (Chilean). But as soon as they arrived in the city, they realized the mission was much more complex. While exchanging their impressions, they understood that they would need to do some research and look hard for the characters, stories and landscapes that make this a dream destination for people who love nature.
Located on the coast of the Beagle Channel, Ushuaia is the link between the sea and the mountains.
Sergio Zapata has been living in the city for a few months now. “I’ve never had a dog and now I’m the trainer of over 80 huskies at Valle de Lobos.”
The leader dogs go first, then the 'free' dogs, and then the stronger dogs. That’s the arrangement for dog sleds.
