With design inspired by the aerodynamics of birds, each wing is 105-foot [32 m] long. They are equipped with technology that allows for shape changes during flight according to the air pressure.
The crew and pilot rest areas are located above the cabin: one is close to the cockpit and the other is near the place where food is stored and prepared.
The aircraft is configured in a 174-seat layout featuring 18”-wide seats and Airbus’s Space-Flex cabin configuration.
The two Pratt & Whitney PW1127-G engines are more powerful and efficient: with a 15% fuel consumption reduction compared to the previous model and 50% less noise impact.
