Caipirinha
You are going to need:
- 1 lime
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- ice
- 70 ml cachaça
Directions:
Macerate lime with sugar syrup, add ice to the top of the glass and pour in cachaça.
Mojito
You are going to need:
- 8 mint leaves
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 20 ml lime juice
- ice
- 50 ml rum
- carbonated water
Directions:
Mix mint leaves with sugar and slightly macerated lime, add ice to the top of the glass. Pour in rum and top with carbonated water.
Margarita
You are going to need:
- salt
- ice
- 50 ml tequila
- 25 ml Cointreau
- 25 ml lime juice
Directions:
Salt the rim of the glass. Combine the other ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a lot of ice and shake vigorously. Strain the drink twice and pour into the glass.
Terremoto
You are going to need:
- Pineapple ice cream
- Sweet white wine
- 25 ml Fernet
Directions:
Pour Fernet in a glass with two scoops of the ice cream and top with wine.
Piña Colada
You are going to need:
- 50 ml rum
- 30 ml coconut milk
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml almond syrup
- ice
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a lot of ice and shake vigorously. Strain twice and pour into a highball glass with ice.
Fernet y Coca
You are going to need:
- ice
- 50 ml Fernet
- Coca-Cola
Directions:
Pour Fernet in a glass filled with ice and top with soda.
