Hygiene and security measures taken by LATAM

Because your safety is the most important thing, we follow all the recommendations of the World Health Organization, IATA and local governments in this new way of flying. We adopted the use of mandatory masks for both passengers and Staff, modified the boarding and disembarking procedures, increased the processes of sanitizing the planes before and after each flight, adjusted the protocols for our crew to have less interaction with passengers and simplified our catering services. In addition, all of our aircraft have HEPA filters, which renew the aircraft's air every 3 minutes and remove 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.
